The Analysis of the Role of Technology, Financial Literacy, and Financial Inclusion on the Performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MMSEs) In Bekasi

Abstract

The goal is to investigate how Bekasi City's Micro, Small, Medium- Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) perform in relation to technology, financial literacy, and financial inclusion. A four-point Likert-scale questionnaire was utilized to gather primary data for a quantitative approach. The sample was selected utilizing non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Thirty respondents participated in a pre-test to assess the research instrument before the main survey. Based on the pre-test results, six questionnaire items were eliminated, and the final instrument was subsequently distributed to 200 respondents. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 was utilized to analyse the data. This outcomes indicate that technology, financial literacy, financial inclusion have a positive significant affect on MSME performance. These outcomes support the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory by emphasizing the importance of strategic resources in enhancing MSME performance.
