This study examines the causal relationships between corporate factors including investment decisions, capital structure, dividend allocation, and board profiles and firm value. A quantitative approach was implemented, with a sample of 17 IDX-listed energy firms selected via purposive sampling. Panel regression analysis in EViews 13 revealed critical findings: while investment, financing, and dividend decisions were insignificant, board dimensions (specifically size) statistically influenced firm value. These results underscore the need for corporate governance reforms in the context of value creation.
