THE EFFECT OF THE USE OF IT-BASED LEARNING MEDIA AND TEACHERS' TEACHING SKILLS ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF ECONOMICS SUBJECTS (EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON GRADE XI STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 2 DEPOK)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the use of IT-based learning media and teachers' teaching skills on economics learning outcomes. The research method is an experiment with a 2-factor design conducted at SMAN 50 Depok. The method used is quantitative with an experimental research design. The result of the study indicate that (1) there is a difference in economic learning outcomes between students who use IT-based learning media and students who use conventional learning, (2) there is a significant difference in economic learning outcomes between students with high and low teacher teaching skills, (3) there is no significant interaction between the use of IT-based learning media and teacher teaching skills in influencing students' economic learning outcomes.
