THE EFFECT OF DIGITAL LITERACY AND COLLABORATION SKILLS ON TEAM PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY WITH CREATIVITY AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE (A STUDY ON STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS, JAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITY)

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and collaboration skills on team problem-solving abilities with creativity as an intervening variable in students. This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The population in this study were undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University, class of 2021, totaling 677 students with a sample of 251 students. The data in this study were processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study indicate that (1) There is a significant effect between digital literacy and team problem-solving abilities in students (2) There is a significant effect between collaboration skills and team problem-solving abilities (3) There is a significant effect between creativity and team problem-solving abilities (4) There is a significant effect between digital literacy and creativity (5) There is a significant effect between collaboration skills and creativity (6) There is an indirect effect between digital literacy and team problem-solving abilities through creativity (7) There is an indirect effect between collaboration skills and team problem-solving abilities through creativity.
