Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) usage on the consumption patterns of Generation Z in Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 120 respondents selected via purposive sampling. The instruments passed validity and reliability tests, along with classical assumption tests. The results indicate that both financial literacy and QRIS usage significantly and positively affect Gen Z’s consumption patterns. Higher financial literacy leads to more responsible financial behavior, while QRIS usage encourages increased consumption due to its convenience. These findings suggest that both factors play a crucial role in shaping Gen Z’s financial behavior in the digital era.
