Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company size, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership on company performance. The population in this study were basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022-2023. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, and 47 companies were selected. The analytical method used was panel data regression analysis with the help of E-Views version 13. This study concluded that company size had no effect on company performance, while managerial ownership and institutional ownership did. The results of this study are expected to encourage companies and their management to pay attention to the company's operations to achieve profits, and institutional investors to continue monitoring the companies where they invest capital, which will ultimately affect the level of company performance.
